Tartaros Inspector 542-B,

During routine water mining of Saturn Ring A Degree 194, 

Vapo-class mining ship B527-C  discovered a derelict ship, A257-A "Orpheus", assumed X-DERELICT after failing a radio check-in 3421 days ago. 

We have recovered the ship's mainframe computer as well as any ephemera in a fit enough state to be read.

Find out what happened to the Orpheus and report back.
